The Board of Directors of Frencken Group Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Ms Low Mei Wan as a Joint Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Tan Ping Ping who has resigned as a Joint Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Tan Ping Ping for her past invaluable support and contributions to the Company and wishes her all the best for her future endeavours.

Following the aforesaid changes, the Joint Secretaries of the Company are Ms Toon Choi Fan and Ms Low Mei Wan.
