The Board of Directors of Frencken Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Professor Low Teck Seng has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2010.

Accordingly, Professor Low shall cease to be Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee of the Company with effect from 13 August 2010.

The Board would like to place on record its appreciation to Professor Low for his invaluable contribution to the Company.
