The Board of Directors of ElectroTech Investments Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had increased its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary Precico Group Sdn. Bhd. ("PG") by subscribing 25,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a total consideration of RM25,000,000.00.

The aforesaid transaction is not expected to have any significant impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the Group in the current financial year.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interests, direct or indirect, in the above investment.

The listing of the shares of the Company on the Singapore Exchange Securities Limited was sponsored by DBS Bank Ltd.
