Footnotes	The percentage of shareholding are computed based on 367,803,325 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company as at 3 June 2011 (excluding 8,381,000 treasury shares). Paul Dumond, CEO is deemed to be interested in the shares held by the Registered Holders named above by virtue of his managerial control of CIM Investment Management Limited ("CIM"). CIM is the Investment Manager of the Registered Holders. By Virtue of the investment and management powers vested in CIM it is deemed to be interested in the shares held by the Registered Holders named above by virtue of Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap.289). In its capacity as Investment Manager to the Registered Holders CIM became deemed as a substantial shareholder of the company when the cumulative holdings of the Registered Holders reached 5%.
