James Morton ("JM") having an ownership interest in SLAM and CIM, with SLAM the delegated investment manager of CIM Dividend and Van Biema Asia Value Master Fund LP ("Van Biema")(collectively, the "Funds"), has a deemed interest by virtue of Section 7(4) of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore in the interests of SLAM in the Company's shares.
