Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting And Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of ElectroTech Investments Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 8 April 2009, all the resolutions as set out in the Notices of the AGM and EGM dated 20 March 2009 were duly passed.
