The Company was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 9 May 2005 as Electrotech Investments Limited. On 21 July 2009, the Company's name was changed to Frencken Group Limited to reflect the excellent reputation and recognition of the 'Frencken' brand in the global mechatronics industry.
